The MOMS Club of the Ringoes Area, NJ is a chapter of the International MOMS Club, a non-profit, non-denominational organization for at-home mothers and their children. The MOMS Club (MOMS Offering Moms Support) was founded in 1983 by Mary James, an at-home mother who felt isolated in her community. From that single chapter, there are now over 2,000 chapters and 100,000 members around the world! The area of New Jersey served by our chapter includes Ringoes, Stockton, Lambertville, East Amwell Township, West Amwell Township, and Delaware Township. If you live outside this area, but in Hunterdon County, please see http://www.orgsites.com/nj/hcmomsclubs/ to locate the chapter nearest you as quickly as possible. For all other areas, please go to the International MOMS Club site at http://www.momsclub.org to find the chapter serving your area. We offer playgroups, monthly meetings, children's activities such as seasonal parties, story times, apple/pumpkin picking, farm visits, and field trips to area attractions, and also MOMS Nights Out, Cooking Club, and Book Club! Don't be a stay-at-home mom who just stays at home--come and make new friends for both yourself and your children! Our chapter welcomes you to attend two monthly business meetings free of charge before deciding whether to join. Yearly dues are $25 and cover the expenses of our newsletter, supplies and dues to the International MOMS Club. If the dues cause financial hardship, please let us know and we can make alternative arrangements. Neither the International MOMS Club nor the MOMS Club of the Ringoes Area endorse any banner, pop-up or other advertisements on this site. |
